We partner with Restwell in Minnesota to create exclusive mattresses. Together, we have engineered mattresses that don’t need a box spring or foundation, which creates a modern style profile that also saves space and money for your bedroom.
Our experts use a combination of technology and handwork to craft Room & Board mattresses. Large sewing machines quilt the covers, while cutting, assembling and edge finishing is done by hand and inspected each step of the way. After a final quality check, mattresses are wrapped, sealed and sent up the road to our stores.

The best size mattress for you is one that fits with your desired bed frame size. Many people enjoy queen-sized beds for individuals or couples. King-sized beds offer more width, while California king-sized beds offer more length (great for tall people). Twin, twin XL and full beds are typically appropriate for one person.
The best type of mattress is one that fits your desired comfort style. We offer three types of mattresses: Essential, Luxury and Natural. Each is made from a combination of high-quality materials like CertiPUR-US® certified foam, organic latex, wool, and a naturally non-toxic fire-retardant fiber. Our Essential mattress is firmer (encased coils topped with soft CertiPUR-US® foam), our Luxury mattress is softer (soft Serene® foam on top of firm CertiPUR-US® foam; encased coils optional), and our Natural mattress (foam, latex and wool;encased coils optional) offers a unique combination of softness and supportiveness.
No matter which mattress you get, you cansleep on it for up to 90 days, and if you don’t love it,you can return or exchange it for free.
